AISMART Manage Copilot
Manage your apartments without the spreadsheet: tenants, leases, rents, receipts and deadlines in one place, with hints that fit your property.
The AI suggests tenant, net rent, advance payments, start date, graduated rent and deposit. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Type, issuer, date and amount are recognised; search also finds scanned documents.
