Where the AI runs
The AI features run exclusively through a central AI gateway of the group on Google Cloud (Vertex AI) in EU data centres. No other AI providers are used.
Your data stays in Frankfurt. Data and documents are stored in data centres in Frankfurt am Main. The AI runs only in data centres in the EU and does not use your data for training.
Honest limits
- Registration is not yet open to everyone. The waitlist tells you when you can start.
- A service-charge statement is not available yet.
- AI results are suggestions; you check them before you use them.
