Do I have a fixed point of contact?
Yes. A fixed contact looks after the matters of your property and is your direct contact for questions and requests.
Behind the scenes the management team makes sure the processes in the different areas run.
I cannot find tradespeople for certain repairs. Can you help?
Yes. We find a suitable firm from our network, coordinate appointments, obtain quotes and compare them.
On request we also supervise the work, from the first contact to the acceptance of the work.
What does the management cost?
The management fee depends on the property and the scope and is stated in the offer before you commission anything. The first conversation is free and without obligation.
Can I see my property’s documents online?
Yes. As a client of SMART Manage property management, you can see your property’s documents online in Kompass: invoices, insurance policies and minutes of owners’ meetings. You sign in with your A1 customer account.
Do you also manage property in Leipzig?
Yes. The group has three offices in Berlin (Kreuzberg, Charlottenburg and Tegel) and one office in Leipzig.
